Yekaterina Petrovna Zamolodchikova (RU: Екатерина Петровна Замолодчикова), o simplemente Katya (RU: Катя), es una artista drag, intérprete, comediante, actor, y una de las concursantes de la séptima temporada de RuPaul's Drag Race (ganando el título de "Miss Simpatía"), así como una de la segunda temporada de RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars.
Después de su éxito en el programa, comenzó a lanzar videos resumen muy bien recibidos durante su participación en ambas temporadas. Más tarde, junto con Trixie Mattel, comenzó a presentar el programa de YouTube UNHhhh en el canal de YouTube de World of Wonder, seguido por The Trixie & Katya Show en Viceland, y lanzaron su libro Trixie and Katya's Guide to Modern Womanhood[2], además de hacer cameos en otros programas de televisión/películas y hacer giras por todo el mundo.
Origen de su nombre drag[]
El nombre drag completo de Katya proviene de gimnastas rusas: Yekaterina Lobazniuk, Yevguéniya Kuznetsova y Yelena Zamolódchikova. Katya es un apodo para Yekaterina. El apellido de Katya, "Zamolodchikova", se eliminó del programa, y se la refería solo como "Katya".
Antes de participar en la temporada 7 de RuPaul's Drag Race, en Boston, solía presentar números rusos bajo el nombre "Katya", mientras que para interpretar números pop usaba el nombre "Katie Homophobia". Esto se detuvo antes de la filmación del programa.[3]

- Katya se graduó de la Marlborough High School en el año 2000, y después de asistir a la Universidad de Boston durante un año, decidió trasladarse al Massachusetts College of Art and Design, donde descubrió el arte del drag.[4]
