hi dollsss! so funny story actually, i got back into drag race from watching philippines season 3 when it was around 6 episodes in and after the finale, i think its a high a-tier season. that got me curious, are the other seasons this year as good as philippines 3? i wanna hear from you all since ive done this last year and i wanna do it again!!!

since ive seen us 16, im gonna talk about that and philippines 3 below
PH3: tbh this might be the best season of philippines by a mile. the cast is dynamic and entertaining, i can see a lot of future vstw contestants from this season. the challenges are super fun, i think the tiktok challenge as the premiere challenge is actually such a good idea since the variety shows are getting boring. the looks were amazing, the lip syncs were memorable, and so is the winner, or any of the top 5 to that point. super great season all-around, and while there are bits of odd judging, its not as obvious as season 1 or 2 nor as infuriating. and most importantly, the entire styling team leveled their pussies UP cus mama pao was serving the entire season, that gold look with the hat was better than everything from the previous season
US16: another funny story, i watched this in full months after it aired, which is a lot less fun than watching it as it airs, but i watch drag race seasons on free movie websites. this is one of the most diverse casts i think we've seen in a hot minute; so many different styles and approaches to drag and definitely some standout personalities. the story arcs are pretty fun but some werent handled well. i guess my only true gripe is that the lip syncs, until the last two eps, were odd. meghan trainor? a sped-up version of a lady gaga song? flowers? i thought we learned from germany that flowers is NOT a good lip sync song but i guess we just have to cash in on the popular stuff! i accidentally made this paragraph longer than i thought so im gonna end it here ijbol
