Alexis 3XL is the stage name of Itzel Anahí Moreno Alonso,[1] a Mexican drag queen and performer, best known for being the winner of Season 2 of the YouTube show La Más Draga.

Alexis 3XL's charisma has placed her as one of the most beloved drag queens in Mexico and an important representative of the different forms of drag, since behind the wigs and her exaggerated makeup is a cisgender woman who has found her niche in the LGBT+ community. In addition to drag, Alexis is a renowned cosplayer and constantly uses these references to create fun outfits in drag.[4]
Drag Name Origin
Alexis comes from the American porn actress Alexis Texas, as well as being the name she wished she had gotten at birth. The 3XL part of her drag name comes from a way of writing clothing sizes, so it would be XXXL, in reference to her being a plus-sized queen.[5][6]

Trivia
- Alexis, Gvajardo and Soro Nasty are the first contestants from the state of Nuevo León to compete on La Más Draga.
- She is the first cisgender woman to compete on La Más Draga.
- Alexis and Amelia were placed in the bottom two on the first episode as punishment for breaking the rules. Yet, neither of them was eliminated.[7]
- Although it was mentioned that they had broken the rules by revealing confidential information of the show, it was later revealed that it was actually their designers who spread the information about the challenges of the season.[7]
- Alexis is the first contestant that broke the rules to eventually win their season.
- She is also the first contestant on La Más Draga to replace another one in the bottom, replacing Job Star on the first episode. She would be followed by Huntyy B and Leexa Fox.
- Her runway for "Lo Que Más Amo De México" had to be filmed again due the audience covering the camera at the moment of giving it a standing ovation.[8]
- Alexis is the second winner of La Más Draga to lipsync on both the first and last episode before the finale, after Deborah La Grande.
- Alexis revealed that she was one of the original invited guests for the Season 3 Episode, "La Más Antojable", but was unable to attend after missing her flight.[9]
- Red Rabbit Duo had to be separated in order to fill her spot.[10]
- She was a guest on Season 1 of Love For The Arts, appearing as Gvajardo's makeover partner in Episode 4.
- She, alongside Gvajardo, became the host of El Salseo and El Velatorio for Season 4.
- While both of them hosted both shows at the beginning, later episodes show that Alexis was mainly the host of El Velatorio, while Gvajardo focused on El Salseo.
