The fourth season of Camp Wannakiki premired August 25, 2022 on OutTV. 10 campers were selected to compete to be crowned as the "Queen (or King) of Camp".
The season was announced on July 16, 2021 via the official Camp Wannakiki YouTube channel, with a video announcing auditions had opened, with a deadline of August 1st, 2021.[2] The cast was officially announced on June 20, 2022 in a video posted to the show's YouTube channel.[3]
The winner of the fourth season of Camp Wannakiki was Clinica Deprecious, with Deja D. Dellataro and Hillary Yaas placing as runners-up. Pola Frost was awarded the Miss Congeniality title by her fellow castmates.
