The fourth season of Camp Wannakiki is set to premier in Fall 2022 on OutTV. 10 campers were selected to compete to be crowned as the "Queen (or King) of Camp".

The season was announced on July 16, 2021 via the official Camp Wannakiki YouTube channel, with a video announcing auditions had opened, with a deadline of August 1st, 2021.[2] The cast was officially announced on June 20, 2022 in a video posted to the show's YouTube channel.[1]

The winner of the fourth season of Camp Wannakiki was TBA, with TBA placing as runner-up. TBA was awarded the Miss Congeniality title by their fellow castmates.
