The fourth season of Canada's Drag Race was unofficially announced on October 19, 2022, when its casting website opened for auditions. However, the website was deactivated shortly after. On November 1, 2022, it was announced by Canada's Drag Race via social media that casting was officially open,[2] with a deadline of November 21, 2022.[3]

The cast of Season 4 was officially announced on October 18, 2023, along with a premiere date of November 16, 2023 for the nine episode season.[1]

The winner of the fourth season of Canada's Drag Race was Venus with Aurora Matrix placing as the runner-up and Kitten Kaboodle winning Miss Congeniality.
