- DeeDee is the drag mother of Drag Race Philippines season 1 contestants Brigiding[5] and Viñas Deluxe[3], as well as Drag Den season 1 contestant Maria Cristina.[3]
- This makes fellow season 2 contestant Tiny Deluxe and Drag Race Philippines season 3 contestant Zymba Ding drag granddaughters of hers.
- DeeDee's original drag name was Danica Branigan, back in 2009 when her drag was focused on pageants.[6]
- DeeDee Marié Holliday and Arizona Brandy are the first queens on Drag Race Philippines to impersonate non-Filipino celebrities on Snatch Game.
- DeeDee, along with the cast of Drag Race Philippines season 2, was scheduled to be an opening act for Werq the World in Manila.[7] However, the Manila leg of the event was cancelled due to Typhoon Hanna.[8]

- Prior to Drag Race Philippines, DeeDee competed in a televised Drag competition called LOL Drag Queendom. She competed with Precious Paula Nicole, Maxie Andreison & Captivating Katkat. Ultimately, DeeDee and Precious Paula Nicole lipsynced against eachother, and DeeDee was sent home.[9]
