Derrick Barry is a drag queen and professional Britney Spears impersonator, who was also a contestant in Season 8 of RuPaul's Drag Race. She was eliminated in episode eight, losing a lip-sync battle to frenemy Bob The Drag Queen, coming in fifth place overall.

On May 8, 2020, it was announced that she would be competing in All Stars 5. After failing to impersonate several celebrities in the All Star Variety Show, she was eliminated once again by the “Safe Queens”, represented by Yvie Oddly during the premiere episode. She placed last in the competition overall.

Derrick came back to appear in RuPaul's Drag Race Vegas Revue, where she was followed as she prepares to lead the RuPaul's Drag Race Live! residency show among other queens. In April 2024, it was announced that Derrick will also appear in RuPaul's Drag Race Live Untucked, another series about RuPaul's Drag Race Live!.

Derrick also came back to host the RuPaul's Drag Race (Season 16) "Rate-A-Queen" and "Queen Choice Awards" Premieres.

On March 3, 2025, Derrick was announced as one of the seven queens to appear in the second season of RuPaul's Drag Race Live Untucked. She is one of the five returning queens from the first season alongside Bosco, Kennedy Davenport, Latrice Royale, and Lawrence Chaney.
