The Design Challenge, involves the houses creating concepts for an outfit, later made by the Salon Team (consisting of Lucinda Miu, Wig Zaddy and Connor McCalden), and presenting it on the runway. The outfit usually has to tell a story or generally fit a given theme. Only one drag artist wears the outfit, with other members of the house either help perform the outfit or just watch from the sidelines.
