The fourth season of Drag Race Italia was initially confirmed, after some light teasing through Instagram comments, by showrunner Dimitri Cocciuti and Priscilla, in an interview with Radio Marte, where the former said: "Stiamo per tornare, torniamo prestissimo! Così mi riprendo la mia Priscilla.".[1][2]
Again, during an interview with The Playlist published in March 2025, World of Wonder producer Fenton Bailey, when asked about the future of Drag Race Italia, stated: "It will come back, yes.", implying that the show will return with a fourth season.[3]
