Amelia Waldorf, also simply known as Amelia, is a Mexican drag performer and one of the contestants on the second season of the YouTube show La Más Draga. Amelia would later be voted La Más Querida by fans, a title equivalent to Miss Congeniality, and La Más Volada.
About[]
Amelia reinterprets the concept of beauty by devising extravagant looks that can range from something very soft and girly, to something rather spooky, through which she offers interesting performances. As she has mentioned, if it's pink and bloody, it's probably been touched by Amelia.[5]
Drag Name Origin[]
As a lifelong fan of Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl, she was determined since the beginning to incorporate Waldorf into her drag name. After experimenting with various options in her head, such as Margaret, Victoria, Aurora, and Amelia, she concluded that Amelia Waldorf resonated the most and thus became her chosen name.[6]

Trivia[]
- Amelia is the drag daughter of Margaret Y Ya and Gvajardo.[7][8]
- This makes La Kyliezz, Memo Reyri, Soro Nasty and Yayoi Bowery her drag siblings.
- Amelia, along with Memo and Yayoi, also made a brief appearance during Margaret's finale performance at the La Más Draga (Season 1) finale.[9]
- All three of them were also featured on Margaret´s official music video for La Más Draga: "Qué Calor!".[10]
- Amelia, Gvajardo and Nina De La Fuente were the secret contestants of La Más Draga (Season 2), meaning they didn't need to audition and instead were directly invited to be in the show by the producers.[11]
- Her wig fell off during her lip sync peformance on Episode 1, although the scene was cut.[12]
- Amelia and Alexis 3XL were placed in the bottom two on the first episode as punishment for breaking the rules. Yet, neither of them was eliminated.[13]
- Although it was mentioned that they had broken the rules by revealing confidential information of the show, it was later revealed that it was actually their designers who spread the information about the challenges of the season.[13]
- Unlike Alexis, Amelia would've been still in the bottom regardless due to her performance in the challenge.
- She lost her second lip sync against her drag sister, Soro Nasty.
- Amelia is the first La Más Volada of La Más Draga.
- She is also currently the only contestant to have won both La Más Volada and La Más Querida, as her season has been the only one to award the prize jointly.
- She came out as a non-binary transgender woman in April 2020.
- She was the first contestant from La Más Draga to come out as transgender. She was followed by Madison.
- This makes her the second hyper-queen from the show after Alexis 3XL.
- However, in an Instagram video from September 16, 2023, talking about trans people and bathrooms, she said she identifies as a trans woman.[1]
