Orion Story is an American drag performer and one of the contestants of the fourteenth season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
About[]
Orion is a retro sex kitten with a campy edge. As the first queen to represent Michigan, this Midwestern beauty brings a smoldering Lana Del Rey energy to her drag and is eager to share her unique drag stylings with the world.[7]
Drag Name Origin[]
Story is Chance's mother maiden name. She then thought of a name to go with Story and went with Orion because she wanted something that sounded ethereal.[1][8]

- Orion is the first ever contestant to be based in Michigan.[4]
- She is the third queen to be from Michigan, after Dida Ritz and Ivy Winters.
- Orion only auditioned for RuPaul's Drag Race once.[11]
- Orion used to work in a kitchen for five years.[12]
- Orion and Daya Betty are the fifth and sixth queens to be eliminated and brought back on the same season, after Carmen Carrera (S3), Kenya Michaels (S4), Trixie Mattel (S7), and Naysha Lopez (S8).
- Orion revealed in Whatcha Packin' that she struggles with ADHD.[8]
- Orion stated that if she was invited for All Stars, she would return.[13]
- Orion and Jorgeous had a mutual "crush" on each other during the filming of the season. Unfortunately, their storyline did not make the season's cut.[14]
- If Orion's accessory resembles a character, She gives them names. Examples being a finger puppet that she names "Ashley Furniture" during Whatcha'Packin and a coat inspired by Falkor from Never Ending Story which she names "Steven".[8][15][16]
- Orion's Talent Show performance was a backup because they did not have enough time to prepare their first choice.
- Their original Talent Show performance was an Original Song and a Puppet Show.[17]
