Victoria Elizabeth Black, referred to as just Victoria Black, is an American drag performer and one of the ten contestants to compete on the second season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula. She was one of the two Runners-Up along with James Majesty. On October 6th, 2020, it was announced that she would be a contestant on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula Resurrection, where she was exterminated after failing to win.
She later appeared on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula: Titans, returning to fight for the title of the first Titan and won the season.

- However, she is the first person to win three main challenges in the first five episodes.
- She's also the first to win three challenges on a "special" edition of Dragula (Titans), and not on her original season.
- Victoria and HoSo is the second pair of monsters, after Vander Von Odd and Melissa Befierce to win the main challenge at the same time.
- But, Victoria and HoSo made this record as returning monsters.
- Victoria and HoSo are also the first two monsters to reach the Final 3 twice.
- Her drag daughter was one of the contestants from the third season of Dragula, Dollya Black. Coincidentally, they both finished as Runner-Up.
- Her drag mother, Maddelynn Hatter was also a contestant on Season 3.
- Victoria is the first monster to win 4 challenges (with every season she was on). She was followed by Evah Destruction and HoSo Terra Toma later on.
