- Formelda is the 3rd masked contestant on The Boulet Brothers' Dragula and the first ever masked king on the show. Like Monikkie Shame and Yovska, Formelda represented the 'masked monster' of his season.
- And to continue the curse of the early exterminated 'masked monsters,' Formelda was exterminated in the first episode. Monikkie, Yovska and Formelda left the competition on their seasons in episodes 2, 3, and 1 respectively.
- Formelda started doing drag about one year and a half prior to competing on the show.[5]
- Formelda's original promo look concept had a different mask without the toothpicks as teeth, a different pair of boots, and with no needles as fingers.[6]
- Formelda's favorite horror movies are Hellraiser and Hellbound: Hellraiser II,[7] and his promo look was inspired by the Hellraiser and Silent Hill franchises.[8]
