Georgiana Vagina[1] (shortened to just Georgiana on the show) is a Mexican drag performer and one of the contestants on the fourth season of La Más Draga.
Georgiana not only notably garnered the highest number of fan votes during her auditions, securing the title of La Más Votada and a direct spot in the season, but was also voted La Más Querida by the audience, a title equivalent to Miss Congeniality.
She would later return as a contestant on the first season of La Más Draga: Solo Las Más, the All Stars edition of La Más Draga.

- She was the first contestant to be cast on La Más Draga through fan vote. She would be followed by Deseos Fab, Liza Zan Zuzzi and Ank Cosart.
- This also made her the only confirmed contestant on La Más Draga (Season 4) prior to its premiere, as all the others were kept secret until then.
- As she revealed in Episode 5, Georgiana is HIV positive.[7]
- Georgiana is the drag daughter of La Kyliezz, which makes Gvajardo her drag grandmother and Purga her drag sibling.
- This also makes her the drag niece of Amelia Waldorf, Soro Nasty and Velvetine.[8][9]
- She revealed to have adopted Leexa Fox as their drag daughter after their time on the show together. Georgiana also offered to adopt Iris XC, but she refused.[10]
- Her original choice for La Más Famosa was Mexican singer Thalía.[11]
- She would later go on to win a musical challenge based on Thalía on Season 1 of La Más Draga: Solo Las Más.
- Coincidentally, Georgiana and Vera Cruz won a main challenge together in Episode 6 and were also eliminated together in Episode 8.
- Georgiana chose Lupita Kush during the Mini Challenge in Episode 1 because prior to the show, she had commissioned Lupita some rhinestones, but Lupita never actually gave them to her.[12]
