Ginny Lemon is a British drag performer and one of the Season 2 contestants of RuPaul's Drag Race UK. They are known for their alternative and highly campy drag.

The name "Ginny" was originally a nickname before they started drag given to them for their fondness of Gin at the bar. After starting drag "Lemon" was suggested to them as they were constantly described as a "Zesty Performer".

- Lewis openly identifies as non-binary.[3]
- Lewis suffers from Fibromyalgia, a medical condition characterized by chronic widespread pain and a heightened pain response to pressure. Symptoms include tiredness to a degree that normal activities are affected, sleep problems and troubles with memory. Some people also report restless legs syndrome, bowel or bladder problems, numbness and tingling and sensitivity to noise, lights or temperature.
- Before starting drag, Ginny performed as "Lewis Spelt Backwards".
- Ginny’s signature look is a white mug with blue eyebrows and monochromatic yellow clothing.
- Ginny auditioned for first season of RuPaul's Drag Race UK.
- Ginny was on The X Factor UK in 2017, but got eliminated during boot-camp.
- Ginny is the second Queen to have "Lemon" in their name, after Lemon.
- Ginny is a huge fan of Kate Bush, doing her in the "Gay Icon" Runway, and having her name tattooed on their knuckles.
- Ginny is the first ever contestant on a regular Drag Race season to voluntarily quit the competition. After landing in the bottom 2, they exited the stage once the song started playing, leaving Sister Sister to lip sync alone. They confirmed that they chose to eliminate themself as they didn't want to lip sync against their best friend.[4]
- Similarly, Tammie Brown in Season 1 also refused to lip sync. However, she remained on stage and waited to be told to sashay away.
- Excluding most Drag Race runners-up, they are the fourth Drag Race contestant to not be told to sashay away by RuPaul, after Laganja Estranja on Season 6, Adore Delano on All Stars 2 and Sherry Pie on Season 12.
- Ginny is the first non-finalist UK queen who was not told to sashay away.
