Trivia[]

  • How Paolo Ballesteros introduces Hana Beshie on the Main Stage is a direct reference to a running gag during the Juan for All, All for Juan segment of the Filipino noontime show Eat Bulaga!, wherein one brand sponsor of the show includes the appliance brand Hanabishi, where she gets her name from.
    • In the aforementioned segment, Paolo, as well as two co-hosts (mainly Filipino actors and comedians Jose Manalo and Wally Bayola), surprises a home viewer with three appliance products from Hanabishi, with each appliance having outrageous accompaniments.[4][5]
  • Hana, along with the cast of Drag Race Philippines season 2, was scheduled to be an opening act for Werq the World in Manila.[6] However, the Manila leg of the event was cancelled due to Typhoon Hanna.[7]
  • Hana Beshie is the highest placing contestant on the second season of Drag Race Philippines to never win a Maxi Challenge, tying for 5th/6th place with ØV Cünt.
  • Interestingly, Hana Beshie winning Miss Congeniality coincides with her drag name, as beshie is the Filipino slang derivative of bestie.
