Ignus Ars is a Mexican drag performer and one of the contestants on the second season of Drag Race México.
About[]
Fire and art come together in the name of this queen, as well as in her personality. She is, as she defines herself, a crazy Martian – always ready to do something unexpected. She comes to offer her art, her concepts and to surprise on the catwalk.[3]
Drag Name Origin[]
Ignus is derived from the Latin word ignis, meaning fire, although written with a u instead to honor her drag mother, Umi. Ars means art in Greek and is also a reference to her passion for theater.[4]
