Jan Sport, mononymously known as Jan, is the stage name of Charles Mantione,[1] a drag performer from Manhattan, New York City and one of the Season 12 contestants of RuPaul's Drag Race.

She later returned to compete on All Stars 6, where she placed 7th.

Name Origin

It is revealed in a BuzzFeed video that she decided on Jan Sport because not only does she think it is a funny reference to the brand of backpacks, but because it reflects her love of sports, such as football, hockey, and soccer.

Similarly to Brita, she shortened her name to Jan for Drag Race, adding that she loves Jan Brady from the sitcom "The Brady Bunch."
