Jazell Barbie Royale,[1] known simply as Jazell Royale on the show, is an American drag performer, a former Miss Continental (2016), and one of the contestants of the second season of Queen of the Universe.
Jazell Royale is the Overall Mother of the House of Tisci, a Ballroom house from the Mainstream scene. She is one of the leaders of the house and walks the Face category.[4]
The city of Orlando, Florida proclaimed April 11th to be "Jazell Barbie Royale - Miss International Queen" Day, as she is the first black person to win Miss International Queen.[5]
Jazell is both Miss Continental 2016 and Miss International Queen 2019.[6]
Jazell & Trevor Ashley were the first two contestants to have the Pop Diva Panel votes tie on them. Since they went to the audience vote to break a tie, Trevor ended up staying.
