Drag Race Italia features one host/main judge (Priscilla), accompanied by three other judges: Chiara Francini, Paola Iezzi and Paolo Camilli. Additionally, each episode features one or sometimes two guest judges who only appear in that episode.
On May 26, 2021, with the initial announcement of the show, it was revealed that Tommaso Zorzi, Italian TV personality and pundit, famous for winning the fifth season of Grande Fratello VIP (the Italian version of Celebrity Big Brother), would be hosting the first season of the show.[1]
On June 30, 2021 it was announced that Chiara Francini (Italian actress), Priscilla (Italian drag queen) would be joining Tommaso Zorzi as three joint hosts and judges.[2]
On June 7, 2023, it was announced by the Italian website biccy.it that Tommaso Zorzi would not be returning as a judge for the season. The same announcement also revealed two new judges: Paola Iezzi (who previously appeared as a guest judge on the second season) and Paolo Camilli.[3]
