In the debut season of La Más Draga: Solo Las Más, the crew consisted of a mixture of both returning and new personalities, with all six hosts from the main series reprising their roles and the judging panel being entirely revamped. Additionally, a few other familiar faces returned as coaches and guests.

- Lorena Herrera (S1): A captivating presence in the Mexican entertainment narrative, Lorena originates from Mazatlán, Sinaloa. She commenced her career in the modeling industry, although her professional pursuits would then expand into acting and singing as well. She originally hosted the first season of the main series.
- Vanessa Claudio (S1): Hailing from Puerto Rico, she has managed to become one of the most beloved hosts on Mexican television. She has also showcased her versatility as a model, fashion guru, and former beauty pageant contestant. She originally hosted the second season of the main series.
- Karla Díaz (S1): A Mexican actress, singer, television host and influencer, Karla is recognized for being a member of the pop group JNS and for having her own talk show, Pinky Promise, where she has interviewed some of the biggest celebrities in the industry. She originally hosted the third season of the main series.
- Roberto Carlo (S1): The first, and currently only, male host of the franchise, Roberto is an actor and television personality who has made a mark in various projects. Notably, he served as one of the titular hosts of the morning show Sale el Sol and showcased his acting skills in series such as El Dandy and Gossip Girl Acapulco. He originally hosted the fourth season of the main series.
- Maca Carriedo (S1): She is an openly lesbian journalist and TV personality known for her distinctive platinum haircut, unique clothing style, and characteristic dark humor. Despite her recognizable appearance, she prefers to let her innovative work speak for itself and is distinctly identified for being part of Adela Micha's work group in La Saga. She originally hosted the fifth season of the main series.
- Marisol González (S1): She is a model, television host and journalist notable for her appearances on programs like Hoy, Tu Cara Me Suena, and Televisa Deportes. She would also achieve prominence as the winner of the Nuestra Belleza México beauty pageant, earning the opportunity to represent Mexico in Miss Universe 2003, held in Panama. She originally hosted the sixth season of the main series.

- Alfonso Waithsman (S1): Alfonso, renowned as the makeup artist to the stars, enjoys widespread recognition for his styling and artistry with numerous Mexican actresses and celebrities. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has worked his magic on the likes of Thalía, Lucero, Chayanne, Belinda, Gloria Trevi, and Alejandra Guzmán, among others.
- Lola Cortés (S1): A celebrated Mexican actress, dancer, singer and host, Lolita boasts a rich career in musical theater and television. Her candid, straightforward, and harsh critiques in various competitions have elevated her to a symbol of dedication, quality, and experience.
- Luis Torres (S1): Luis is a makeup artist and beauty vlogger that has left his mark in the fashion and beauty industry, attending the most exclusive international events, such as the Fashion Weeks of Milan, Paris and New York, as well as the Met Gala. His portfolio boasts a stellar roster of celebrity clients, including Anitta, Cara Delevigne, Emily Ratajkowski, Salma Hayek, and Kendall Jenner.

- Aviesc Who? (S1): The founder and creative director of the fashion brand Aviesc, she is a drag performer and fashion designer whose designs have been featured numerous times on La Más Draga and Drag Race México. Her involvement with the franchise is far from recent, however, as she notably was also the winner of La Más Draga (Season 3).

- Despite being originally slated as the guest judge of the finale, the singer and internet personality Yeri Mua had to ultimately withdraw from the role due to health-related matters. Her team made the announcement just one day prior to the finale.[1]
