Non Sono Una Signora features a host, Alba Parietti, who is accompanied by a group of four panelists (divided in two teams of two) called "Indagatori del Glitter" who have to try and guess which celebrities hide behind fabulous drag personas. The judges, three professional drag performers, determine which queen is eliminated each round.
