Koco Caine is an American drag performer and one of the contestants of the fourth season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula.

They later appeared on The Boulet Brothers' Dragula Titans Season 1, returning to fight for the title of the first Titan. They placed as a Runner-Up.

At the end of the Dragula Titans Tour, Koco was announced as Dragula's first Exorsister, Dragula's equivalent to Miss Congeniality.[3]
