Lip Sync Challenge

The Lip Sync Challenge or Lip Sync LaLaPaRuZa Smackdown, also known as the Lip Sync Smackdown or simply the LaLaPaRuZa, is a Maxi Challenge where the contestants have to perform in a lip sync performance against or alongside each other.

Unlike a Lip Sync For Your Life or a Lip Sync For Your Legacy featured at the end of most episodes, the LaLaPaRuZa is often seen as a twist with nearly all remaining contestants having to compete in a lip sync tournament in order to progress in the competition.

As a twist, the challenge was first seen on the fourth season of the RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars and would first be judged as a typical Maxi Challenge on the third season of Canada's Drag Race.
