A Lip Sync for Your Life is the most common style of lip sync used on Drag Race Brasil. At the end of each episode, the two (or sometimes more) contestants who performed the worst in that week's challenge are placed up for elimination, indicating that they must lip sync to stay in the competition. Before the lip sync begins, Grag Queen will state the following:
"Duas queens estão à minha frente. Filhas, essa é a última chance de me impressionar e se salvarem da eliminação. Chegou a hora... de vocês fazerem o lip sync... PELAS. SUAS. VIDAS! Boa sorte, e não façam cagada."
Following the lip sync, the judges deliberate on which of the contestants should stay. The contestant who is deemed to have performed best will be told by Grag to stay ("Shantay, você fica."), while the other will be asked to sashay away ("Sashay, pode ir.") In certain cases, both contestants may end up being saved by Grag, or alternatively, more than one contestant may be eliminated.

Trivia
- Season 1 had a song by Gretchen, the guest judge of Episode 1, in the playlist of potential lip sync songs, but it was never used.[1] It is rumored the song was "Conga, Conga, Conga".
- A song by Carmen Miranda was among the list of possible lip sync songs for Season 1, but ended up being unused.[2]
- Production called Season 1 contestants out on the quality of the lip syncs, asking them to deliver better performances.[2]
