A Lip Sync for Your Life, or Lip Sync per La Salvezza is the most common style of lip sync used on Drag Race Italia.
At the end of each episode, the two (or sometimes more) queens who performed worst in that week's challenge will be placed up for elimination, indicating that they must lip sync for their life. Before the lip sync begins, Priscilla will state the following to the queens:
"Abbiamo due regine davanti a noi. Questa è la vostra ultima occasione per impressionarci e salvarvi dall'eliminazione. Vi giocherete la permanenza nel programma con il lip sync... FOR. YOUR. LIFE. In bocca al lupo, e nun facìt' strunzat."
Following the lip sync, the queen who (in Priscilla's opinion) performed best will be told "Shantay, you stay. Sei salva.", while the eliminated queen will be told "Sashay away. Mi dispiace, sei eliminata."
