A Lip Sync for Your Life is the most common style of lip sync used on Drag Race Thailand.

At the end of each episode, the two (or sometimes more) queens who performed worst in that week's challenge will be placed up for elimination, indicating that they must lip sync for their life. Before the lip sync begins, the host (Art Arya (S1-S2) / Pangina Heals (S3-)) will state the following to the queens:

• Season 2 (Pangina Heals)
• Season 1-2 (Art Arya)

"Two queens stand before us... Prior to tonight, you were asked to prepare a lip-sync performance of the song [title] by [artist]. Darlings, this is your last chance to impress me, and save yourself... from elimination. The time has come... for you to lip sync... FOR. YOUR. LIFE. Good luck, and don't... fuck it up."

"The time has come... for you to lip sync for your motherfucking life. So don't... fuck it up! Music..."

"The time has come... for you to lip sync... for your life. And don't... fuck it up. Music!"

Following the lip sync, the queen who (in the host's opinion) performed best will be told "Shantay, you stay," while the eliminated queen will be asked to "Sashay away." In certain cases, both contestants may end up being saved, or alternatively, more than one contestant may be eliminated.
