A Lip Sync (referred to as Cavallo di Battaglia during the finale's fourth round) is a challenge featured in every episode of Non Sono Una Signora. During the second round of each episode, the remaining four contestants are randomly paired and are each tasked to perform a song of their choice (usually relating to the style of their drag persona or giving hints about their real identity). After each pair has performed, the judges elect their favorite of the two by picking a lipstick corresponding in color to that contestant, and the one who received the least votes is eliminated and reveals their identity.
During Episode 5, each contestant performed along one of the panelists to a song sung by them (exception made for Filippo Magnini). Ayumi Flambé, who had been eliminated during the previous round, also performed with Sabrina Salerno.

During the finale of the show, as part of the exclusive fourth round of the episode, the two finalists have to show their "Cavallo di Battaglia" by re-performing the same song from their first appearance. At the end, the winner is declared, leaving the other contestant as runner-up.
