A Lip Sync, also known as a Lip Sync Drag Show or a Lip Sync Battle is a type of extermination challenge introduced during the fifth season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula.
Lip Sync Drag Show[]
As showcased in the episodes where the twist was featured, a Lip Sync Drag Show is a lip sync battle between the two contestants in the bottom who performed the worst in that week's challenge or, as shown in Season 6, the two contestants who were voted into the bottom by their fellow contestants.
Following the lip sync, the contestant who the Boulets think performed worse in the lip sync will be exterminated, with the contestant who the Boulets think performed better in the lip sync later being told that they are safe to move on to the challenge the following week.
