Airing on New Year's Eve, the special features five Dutch celebrities that have been turned into festive drag queens, including one mystery queen. In the end, actress Katja Schuurman, disguised as Fajah Works, took home the Golden Beautycase.

Teamcaptains Nikkie de Jager en Fred van Leer worden bijgestaan door Roxeanne Hazes en Patty Brard om de BN'ers te raden achter de outfits, die volledig in het teken staan van de jaarwisseling. Wie is bijvoorbeeld de drag queen die eruitziet alsof ze net een nieuwjaarsduik heeft genomen?
