Matraka is a Mexican drag performer and one of the contestants on the first season of Drag Race México.
About[]
Originally from Guanajuato, Matraka is a visual artist, dancer, and actress. Her art is inspired by Latin American folklore and evokes strong feelings of nostalgia.[6]
Drag Name Origin[]
For her, Matraka is just a simple play on the word Matraca, the musical instrument. She came up with this name while partying with friends, feeling that it perfectly symbolized what Mexico is for her: crazy and fun.[7]

- Her promo and finale viewing party looks were designed by La Más Draga (Season 3) winner, Aviesc Who?.[9][10]
- Her promo look was a remake of the look she wore for the live auditions of La Más Draga (Season 4).[11]
- Matraka and Gala Varo were the first contestants to have a shared win on Drag Race México.
