Ongoing Projects on the Wiki

These are pages or groups of pages on the Wiki that are missing content or need some more work. You can help the Drag Race Wiki by lending a hand with these projects! RuPaul's Drag U (and related pages): The Seasons pages are incomplete The respective pages are scarcely linked in the Drag Professors' pages. Birthday Calendar: The page is currently missing various birthdays, with some being only partially known (all listed under the "TBA" tab). Help the Wiki by researching these missing birthdates and adding them to the calendar and to the respective person's page. The Switch Drag Race (and related pages): Many episodes from Season 1 are missing information. Most of the contestants' pages are missing content. The series is overall not yet implemented in overarching pages such as ones regarding Maxi Challenges and Mini Challenges. Call Me Mother (and related pages): Most look images from Season 2 are missing. Most of the contestants' pages are missing content. The series is overall not yet implemented in overarching pages such as ones regarding Maxi Challenges and Mini Challenges.

• Category:Article stubs: Stubs are articles that are too small or too poor in content to be considered full articles. When enough content is added, the page can "graduate" to a regular article by removing the "Stub" template at the top of the page.
• Category:Articles in need of citations: Articles that are displaying unsourced information and thus need a reference added to make that information verifiable (using the appropriate "Ref" template). When you have added all the necessary references, remember to remove the Template:Citation Needed around the unsourced text along with the complementary "Citations" template at the top of the page.

References are very important to a Wiki: they help it become a more respected and credible source of information, they help avoid the spreading of misinformation on the Wiki and avoid editing conflicts and inconsistencies throughout the website.

• Category:Articles in need of cleanup: Articles that would benefit from a little less text or filler content. Help the Wiki by removing unnecessary information leaving space for more important content. When you are done, remember to remove the "Cleanup" template at the top of the page.
• Category:Articles under construction/updating: Articles that are being constructed or are undergoing a major overhaul or update. You can help by contributing if you notice that no one has edited the page in a while. When you are done, remember to remove the "WIP" template at the top of the page.
• Category:Articles with quotes in need of translation: Articles that are displaying quotes in a language other than English without a proper translation. If you know this language, you can help us out by adding an English translation using the appropriate "Transl" template.
• Category:Articles with quotes in the wrong language: Articles that are display quotes that have been directly traslated to English without displaying the original-language text along with it. If you know where to find the original quote, you can help us out by adding it along with the English translation (again, using the appropriate "Transl" template).
• Category:Pages with reference errors: These pages cite by name a reference that was deleted or was never added in the first place, resulting in no text being specified for that reference name. You can help the Wiki by going back through the page's history, find that reference and re-add it where it's needed; while if it was never there to begin with, you can find a reference for the content missing it or add the "Citation Needed" template around it.
• Category:People with an unknown date of birth: These people have no known (or only partially known) date of birth. Help the Wiki by researching these missing birthdates and adding them to the Birthday Calendar and to the respective person's page.
• Category:People with an unknown birthplace: These people have no known place of birth. Help the Wiki by researching these missing birthdates and adding them to the respective person's page.

• DoubleRedirects: Double redirects happen when a redirects follows an A→B→C path. Help the Wiki by making that into A→C, B→C.
• OrphanedPages (or LonelyPages): Pages that aren't linked to in any other page. Help them get more visitors by linking them in other related articles.
• ShortPages: Pages that could benefit from having a little more ink added on them.
• WantedCategories: Categories that have been added to articles but have no text in them, and are also not categorized themselves (see below).
• UncategorizedCategories: Categories that have not been inserted into another category, meaning that they are not part of a bigger category encompassing them to be part of the larger "category tree" of all categories on the Wiki.
• WantedFiles: Files that are missing from the Wiki: most of these will be CastMugs files (in that case, they most likely already exist and just suffer from a case of double redirect, see above) or look files (in that case, check the File Policy before uploading any).
• WantedPages: Pages that are linked to in other pages, but don't actually exist (this is known as a redlink). Most of these don't actually need to be created, as they are not pertinent to the Wiki and are only linked to in fanon blog posts and such, so always ask a Staff Member before creating a page.
• UncategorizedPages: Pages that have not been inserted into any category.
