RuPaul's Drag Race Global All Stars Season 1

Miranda Lebrão is an actress and visual artist from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, finishing in the top 4 during her season. With a background in acting and naval engineering, Miranda brings drama and transformism to her drag and is eager to showcase her talents to a global audience.[6]

Drag Name Origin

Miranda comes from Gretchen, whose real name is Maria Odete Brito de Miranda de Souza. It also comes from mira, as she always got her eyes on something, and Miranda Priestly, Meryl Streep's character from Devil Wears Prada. Lebrão came from the necessity of picking a last name for a theater gig. Upon being obligated to choose a last name, she was walking in front of "Edifício Lebrão", and the name stuck. It also comes from lebre and Leblon.[7][8][9][10]
