Miss Congeniality Reigns

The five current reigning Misses Congeniality: Bimini Bon-Boulash, Maya B'Haro, Heidi N Closet, Tynomi Banks and Ma'Ma Queen.

Drag Race contestants who win a Miss Congeniality title are considered to be reigning from their coronation day until the next Miss Congeniality of the same series is crowned. To this day, 14 queens have been officially crowned Miss Congeniality under the Drag Race franchise; the first being Nina Flowers (Season 1 of RuPaul's Drag Race) crowned on March 23, 2009, and the current last being Heidi N Closet (Season 12 of RuPaul's Drag Race) crowned on May 22, 2020.

Three Drag Race series have not presented the custom: RuPaul's Drag Race UK, Canada's Drag Race and Drag Race Holland. However, fans or cast members of these series have unofficially crowned four Misses Congeniality to this day.

  • Yara Sofia has reigned only a day fewer (364 days).
• B Ella and Maya B'Haro are the only pair of Misses Congeniality to have been crowned on the same date (April 5) of two separate years.

Miss Congeniality Trivia

• In the American series, Misses Congeniality from season 1 to 9 were chosen by fans who voted prior to the finale's or reunion's taping. In Season 10, the voting system was pirated. It forced production to ask the cast to vote themselves for their own Miss Congeniality. Since then, every Miss Congeniality has been voted by the cast members.
• Several Misses Congeniality from separate seasons ended up competing against each other:
  • Nina Flowers, Pandora Boxx, Yara Sofia and Latrice Royale competed in All Stars 1.
  • Cynthia Lee Fontaine and Valentina competed in Season 9.
  • Latrice Royale, Valentina and Monét X Change competed in All Stars 4.
• Monét X Change and Valentina are the only Misses Congeniality to have lip synced against another Miss Congeniality (in Episode 2 of All Stars 4).
• Monét X Change is the only Miss Congeniality to have been crowned a season winner, in All Stars 4.
