Miss El Tocuyo (also spelled Ms. El Tocuyo)[1] is a title exclusive to Drag Den that is awarded to contestants who were considered robbed during their stint on a season.
Originating from the second season of Drag Den, the title is announced during the grand finale, happening after the Dragdagulan Showdown concludes but before a winner is crowned.

- The term "El Tocuyo" is used by Filipino pageant enthusiasts to refer to a nation's representative who makes good and lasting impressions on a pageant's panel of judges and is therefore expected to either win the crown or place as one of the runners-up yet suddenly get eliminated.[2]
- It was first coined during 2016, where Marian Habach, Venezuela's representative for Miss Universe of the aforementioned year and comes from the city of El Tocuyo, failed to qualify for the semi-finals round.[3]
