Nicky Doll is a French-American drag artist and one of the Season 12 contestants of RuPaul's Drag Race. She is also the host of Drag Race France.

Nicky later returned as a Lip-Sync Assassin in All Stars 8. She lost her lip-sync to Alexis Michelle.

Drag Name Origin[]

"Nicky" is short for Nicole and "Doll" is because she has different personalities as the week evolves so she wanted a little bit of versatility to her name.[3] In the Season 12 trailer, Nicky also reveals that her drag name was inspired by Nicki Minaj.

  • Nicky resided in Morocco for seven years.[3]
  • Nicky started doing drag in 2009 and moved to New York City in 2015.[citation needed]
  • Nicky was cast on Season 12 as a replacement for Tamisha Iman, who had to drop out due to cancer.[citation needed]
  • Nicky shares a birthday with Olivia Lux.
  • After the "Problem" lip sync on the third episode of Season 12, Ariana Grande commented on how Nicky and Dahlia Sin were her favorites and how sad she was to see them in the bottom two. She then followed them both social media.[4]
  • Nicky planned to impersonate Marie Antoninette for Snatch Game.[5]
  • RuPaul asked Nicky to do Pete Davidson’s drag makeup for Saturday Night Live.[6]
  • Nicky expressed having an "immigrant inferiority complex" on Season 12 which led her to many insecurities in the competition.[7]
  • Nicky is the lowest placing Drag Race alumna to later become a host of her own series of the show, placing 11th overall. This was a fact joked about by The Vivienne during the press for the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars unaware of the fact Nicky was in the audience.[8]
  • Nicky was added to the Season Pass of RuPaul's Drag Race Superstar in May 2023, alongside the tag "Couture".
  • For the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Nicky carried the Olympic flame wearing 15cm heels in Bouches-du-Rhône.[9]
