The Henchmen are a group of muscular men who appear on each season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula. The Henchmen are typically dressed only in their underwear, assisting The Boulet Brothers and contestants in various challenges on the show. They usually have no dialogue on the show, mainly appearing as "eye candy" for viewers and contestants.

- Ian DeVoglaer — Ian is an American model, actor and producer of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula who sometimes serves as a special member of the Henchmen in some skits.
- Shawn Morales — Shawn is a go-go dancer, event planner and male model from Walnut, California who made an appearance on the second season. He is also a former Pit Crew member on RuPaul's Drag Race.
