Regina Voce is a Mexican drag performer and one of the contestants on the first season of Queen of the Universe, as well as the first season of Drag Race México.

Mexican actress, singer, dancer, vocal coach, and makeup artist with more than 30 years in the entertainment business; she is also known for her roles in productions such as Cirque Du Soleil Rock of Ages, Les Miserables, and Queen of the Universe, among others.[6]
Drag Name Origin[]
For her name, Regina took inspiration from her mom, who is from Italy. Regina is Italian for queen, while Voce is Italian for voice, ultimately making her The Voice Queen. Additionally, she liked the name Regina as it is a typical name in Mexico for the rich, popular girls.[7]

- Regina is the first contestant to compete on Drag Race after originally participating on Queen of the Universe.
- She is the fourth one to have competed on both shows, however, after Jujubee, Aura Eternal, and Love Masisi. She was followed by Leona Winter on Drag Race France (Season 3), Maxie on Drag Race Philippines (Season 3), and La Voix on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK (Season 6).
- Interestingly, except for Love Masisi, every single one of these contestants made it to the finale on every Drag Race season they competed in.
- She is the fourth one to have competed on both shows, however, after Jujubee, Aura Eternal, and Love Masisi. She was followed by Leona Winter on Drag Race France (Season 3), Maxie on Drag Race Philippines (Season 3), and La Voix on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK (Season 6).
- She worked with both Rogelio Suárez and Letal on the production of the musical Mentidrags.[8][9]
