RuPaul's DragCon is a bi-annual convention focusing on drag. Although much emphasis is put on RuPaul and contestants on RuPaul's Drag Race many other drag performers, as well as drag related businesses, appear at the convention. The convention features attractions, queens booths, and business booths on the main floor as well as having panels and events throughout the three-day convention.

The first DragCon took place in Los Angeles in 2015, during the airing of Season 7 of Drag Race. It was held again in LA in 2016 during the airing of Season 8. in 2017 it was announced that the spring DragCon (happening during the airing of Season 9) would be renamed DragCon LA, with a later DragCon NYC to take place in New York City in the fall. Since then there have been two conventions a year with LA happening in the spring during the airing of regular Drag Race seasons and NYC in the fall.

RuPaul's DragCon LA 2020 was cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic making it the first DragCon to be cancelled. DragCon LA would later return in May 2022 for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
