Sophia Jiménez is a Mexican drag performer and one of the contestants on the second season of the YouTube show La Más Draga.
About[]
Without a doubt one of the most emblematic personalities of the contemporary Guadalajara drag scene, years of experience as a drag queen and celebrity impersonator reflect everytime Sophia Jiménez gets onstage. A true 'showgirl', Sophia delivers performances full of energy, colors, sequins, wigs and above all, full of talent.[3][4]
Drag Name Origin[]
Beginning her drag career at the age of 14, she was regularly told that she looked like a young girl whenever she was in drag, so people began to call her Sofy. Her drag mother, Mammie Blue, would later give her the name Sophia based on that nickname. Jiménez comes from one of her real last names.[5]
