Trivia[]

  • From All Stars 2 to All Stars 6, the Variety Show has been present as the first Main Challenge in All Stars seasons.
  • The shows are filmed 2 times in order to get better shots of the queens' performances.
    • In All Stars 2, Coco Montrese planned to do a Janet Jackson number and impersonation, but due to copyright issues, she had to change her performance to the one that aired.
    • In All Stars 3, Aja had to use her long white heels because while practicing her show, her knee bled and stained her outfit.
      • Besides, she wanted to use a higher platform to perform her final dip/death drop in her act but couldn't, as Kennedy needed that height for her routine.
    • In All Stars 4, Farrah Moan suffered inconvenience in both of her shoots. In the first take (the aired one), she tripped on her first outfit; in the second one, she was rumored to have stormed off in the middle of her performance and went off of the stage.[citation needed]
    • In All Stars 5...
      • ... the performance that was not filmed twice was Mariah Paris Balenciaga's.[1]
      • ... Jujubee sung her song along with the recorded version of it.
      • ... Blair had back vocals in her song but it only aired her acapella version.
      • ...it was the first time a Burlesque performance didn't show up on the Variety Show.
  • Roxxxy Andrews and BenDeLaCreme both did Burlesque as their talent for the Variety Show and won, while Farrah Moan did it but ended up in the bottom 2 and Scarlet Envy did a bubble variation as well and she placed safe in All Stars 6.
  • In All Stars 2, the queens' performances (except for Alaska's) were aired in alphabetical order. It is thus far the only Variety Show to have done this.
  • Ginger Minj, Jujubee, Mo Heart, Trinity The Tuck, Monét X Change ,Shea Couleé and Jimbo are the only queens to participate in two variety shows.
  • All Stars 7 is the first Season of All Stars since the introduction of the Variety Show to not feature the challenge in the premiere.
  • All Stars 8 is first Season of All Stars since the introduction of the Variety Show where to not all the contestants did the Talent Show.
    • Jimbo and Kandy Muse technically did not do their talents as contestants, they were more like special guests, since this challenge was for the eliminated queens to be Queen of the Fame Game and they were still in the competition.
      • Also, since Heidi N Closet left the competition she could not participate for the title of Queen of the Fame Game, that includes this challenge.
