The Boulet Brothers' Dragula: Titans is a spin-off series of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula that brings together many popular Monsters from the past competing in a brand-new format.[1] The hosts of the show are The Boulet Brothers, and the series airs alongside the main show on the horror streaming platform Shudder.
Titans introduced a new format to the show. Each episode will open with a fright feat, the winner of whom will get a reward or perk for the challenge. If someone fails to do the extermination challenge, they are exterminated and replaced by the previously eliminated competitor. Rather than featuring an extermination of the bottom two to determine the exterminated contestant, the Boulets announce the Bottom 2 then send the contestants to the cauldron. The two contestants ascend the Staircase of Souls to the Ghostly Gallery, and one contestant is "dropped into the pit of oblivion" and exterminated from the competition. In Episode 1, the contestants voted for the Bottom 2 and witnessed the extermination.
