The first season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula: Titans was officially announced on September 12, 2022. This spin-off series premiered Tuesday, October 25, 2022 with two episodes.[1] This brand new series featured past contestants from The Boulet Brothers' Dragula compete in a brand-new competition format.
On September 26, 2022, the cast of Titans Season 1 was announced. There was no official theme for the promo looks.[2]
Titans introduced a new format to the show. Each episode will open with a fright feat, the winner of whom will get a reward or perk for the challenge. If someone fails to do the fright feat, they will be exterminated and replaced by the previously eliminated competitor. Rather than the Bottom 2 participate in an extermination challenge at the end of each episode, the Boulets announce the Bottom 2 then send the contestants to the cauldron. The two contestants ascend the Staircase of Souls to the Ghostly Gallery, and one contestant is "dropped into the pit of oblivion" and is eliminated from the competition. In Episode 1, the contestants voted for the Bottom 2 and witnessed the elimination. In Episode 5, the floorshow winner got to decide the Bottom 2 and again everyone witnessed the elimination.
The winner of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula: Titans received $100,000, headline the 2023 Dragula World Tour, and earn the title of The World's Next Drag Supermonster.
On December 19, 2022, Victoria Black was crowned the Winner of Titans Season 1 and the Titan of Dragula. HoSo Terra Toma and Koco Caine placed as Runners-up.
At the end of the Dragula Titans US Tour, Koco was announced as Dragula's first Exorsister, Dragula's equivalent to Miss Congeniality.[3]
