The second season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula: Titans was officially teased by the Boulet Brothers at the end of the sixth season of the main series.

Season 2 was officially confirmed to be in development on April 23, 2025, additionally confirming the season to air in 2025. The cast of Season 2 was officially revealed on September 16, 2025.

On December 9, 2025, Evah Destruction was crowned Queen of the Underworld, with Abhora, Jaharia and Jay Kay placing as runners-up.
