The fourth season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula was officially announced on September 29, 2020 simultaneously with Resurrection; Season 3 contestant Saint won Resurrection, the $20,000 prize, and the opportunity to compete on this season. Though he didn't win, Season 2's Dahli also returned after competing on Resurrection.

On April 7, 2021, it was announced that casting for Season 4 has begun and ends May 6, 2021. It was also announced that this season would air on the streaming platform Shudder and would feature a grand prize of $100,000, courtesy of The Boulet Brothers themselves.

At the end of the tenth episode, Dahli was crowned as the winner of Season 4 earning the Deluxe Crown and Scepter Package from Fierce Drag Jewels, $100,000 courtesy of The Boulet Brothers, a headline spot on The Boulet Brothers' Dragula World Tour, and the title of Dragula — The World’s Next Drag Supermonster.

On September 26, 2022, it was announced that Astrud Aurelia, Koco Caine and HoSo Terra Toma would be competing on the first season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula: Titans. Astrud placed 4th/5th and Koco and HoSo placed as Runners-Up.
