The Mainstage as of Season 1.

The Mainstage is the place on Drag Race México where the runways, critiques, lip sync performances and most of the main challenges take place.

Season 1[]

  • Entrance: The mainstage for the debut season of Drag Race México followed the same concept seen in the other editions of the franchise, albeit with some modifications. One of the most notable changes was the entrance, with the arch now being rounded and much larger compared to the typical squared entrance from other versions. Several lightbulbs were placed at the arch and backdrop.
  • Runway: Fairly large, the runway consisted of a T-shaped platform with two black squares on the back, as with the main series, and series of lightbulbs on its perimeter. The wall in the back featured an hexagon pattern and mainly projected blue lights. Other rectangular structures were also added on the sides of the stage, projecting the blue lights as well but with more rounded shapes on them.
  • Judges' Panel: The panel was placed on the side of the stage and on its own platform, with the judges sitting across a red and silver desk in the shape of an inverted trapezium. The backdrop featured the pattern of a monarch butterly's wings and had an iridescent sequin fabric further back to fill in the spaces.
