The eighth season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars was officially announced by Logo on August 18, 2022.[3]
On April 14, 2023, it was announced that Season 8 will premiere on May 12, 2023 on Paramount+.[1]
On April 20, 2023, the cast of Season 8 was announced. The promo theme was Old Hollywood Met Gala.[4]
